Master Services Agreement (summary)

• Services only as described in an executed Statement of Work
• Fees and taxes as in the SOW; payment via Stripe or invoice
• Pre-existing ThumbGate IP remains ThumbGate’s; customer owns customer-specific configs under the SOW
• No guarantee all unsafe agent actions will be blocked
• Liability capped at fees paid under the applicable SOW in the prior 12 months

Statement of Work fields

Typical SOW fields: title, supported workflow, access/materials, acceptance criteria, deliverables, exclusions, change requests, approvals, fees, timeline, termination.
