ThumbGate ThumbGate
Workflow Hardening Diagnostic

Turn one repeated AI-agent failure into a gate you can prove.

Send the workflow that keeps failing. ThumbGate maps what should block, warn, or route to human review before an agent writes, sends, deploys, or spends.

Submit for diagnostic scope

Use this when an AI-assisted workflow has already caused rework, review drag, or release risk.

Ready to pay now? Use the $499 diagnostic checkout above. If the workflow needs fit review first, submit it here and we will route you to the diagnostic or sprint only when the scope is real.

Exactly what the $499 diagnostic includes

One workflow, one 60-minute working review, and a written decision packet delivered within two business days after the review and receipt of the agreed workflow materials.

You provide

A short intake, the accountable workflow owner, and non-secret examples or logs that show the repeated failure. Submit first if fit is unclear; an out-of-scope workflow does not require checkout.

You receive

A workflow and failure map, block/warn/human-review matrix, verification checklist, and prioritized implementation recommendation for the agreed workflow.

Boundaries

The diagnostic does not include implementation, legal or compliance certification, guaranteed savings, guaranteed incident prevention, or uncontracted hosted-team features.

If implementation follows

The public Workflow Hardening Sprint is $1500. If the paid diagnostic continues into a sprint for the same workflow, the $499 diagnostic fee is applied through the follow-up sprint invoice or checkout. Do not pay both public links at full price.

The sprint adds the agreed gate implementation, local regression and proof artifacts, an approval and rollback runbook, and a review handoff. Multi-workflow rollout, ongoing monitoring, shared hosting, and compliance work require separate Enterprise scope.

Failure taxonomy

Classify the repeated action: bad context, missing approval, unsafe write, wrong target, or proof gap.

Gate split

Define what should block automatically, warn the operator, or route to human review with evidence attached.

Proof checklist

Leave with the verification steps needed to prove the next similar action is caught before execution.

Use this for real agent workflows

Code and PR agents

Repeated bad diffs, missing tests, unsafe merges, or unclear ownership around generated changes.

Browser and ops agents

Agents clicking, posting, updating CRMs, or moving money without the right boundary proof.

Customer-visible automation

Email, support, billing, or publishing workflows where a repeat mistake costs trust.
